VISUAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

Early exploration

Early exploration phase focused on understanding the brief and defining the core visual direction.
Initial sketches are used to establish the visual language, exploring shapes and silhouettes while testing ideas, proportions, and narrative intent.

Context & Structure

In parallel, we begin establishing contextual grounding by building a coherent structure connected to the protagonists of the action.
This step adds depth and realism, ensuring the design feels grounded within its narrative and functional context.

Asset Design Development

Each validated asset is then developed further through a dedicated design sheet.
At this stage, shapes, colors, materials, proportions, and functionalities are defined and documented in detail.

Final Layout

Assets and environments are assembled into a final, coherent, and functional layout.
At this stage, the priority is to deliver a layout that is clear, readable, and usable, allowing the team to build and integrate it confidently into the final product.
